Kelvin Sewell

Kelvin Sewell served with the Baltimore City Police Department for 22 years, where he worked as a supervisor in the Internal Affairs Division and the Baltimore City Homicide Unit.  He currently serves with the Pocomoke City Police Department (Maryland).
