James O'Shea, former managing editor at the Chicago Tribune and editor-in-chief of the Los Angeles Times, takes an inside look at the acquisition of the Times Mirror Co. by the Tribune Co. and the later acquisition of the Tribune Co. by investor Sam Zell.  During this event, Mr. O'Shea is interviewed by James Warren, former managing editor and Washington bureau chief at the Chicago Tribune.
