From the 2011 Virginia Festival of the Book, a discussion on the Vietnam War as seen from both sides of the conflict.  Participating in the discussion are Ira Hunt Jr., author of "The 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam: Unparalleled and Unequaled ," and James Zumwalt, author of "Bare Feet, Iron Will: Stories from the Other Side of Vietnam's Battlefields ."   

About the Authors

Ira Hunt Jr.

Ira Hunt Jr., a Vietnam War veteran, is a retired major general (U.S. Army).  He is the co-author of "Sharpening the Combat Edge."

James Zumwalt

Lieutenant Colonel James Zumwalt is a retired Marine infantry officer.  He served in the U.S. wars in Vietnam, Panama and Iraq (Desert Storm).  Col. Zumwalt also served as a senior advisor to the Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs from 1991 to 1992.
