Erwin Chemerinsky

Erwin Chemerinsky is the founding dean of the University of California-Irvine Law School who has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals in many jurisdictions as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is the author of Constitutional Law: Principles and Policies.
