About the Program
Co-authors Victoria Bruce, Jorge Enrique Botero, and Karin Hayes talk about the rise of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (aka FARC), the Colombian and U.S. governments' efforts to combat the group, and the kidnapping of three American private contractors and Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt.
