Pulitzer Prize-winning author and historian Garry Wills discusses his latest book, "Bomb Power," which looks at how the creation of the atomic bomb increased the power of the president and transformed the U.S. into a National Security State.  

Professor Wills discusses his book with Tom Blanton, director of the National Security Archive at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
