About the Program

British historian Paul Johnson was our guest for In Depth on Sunday February 7th, 2010.  Mr. Johnson, a former adviser to Margaret Thatcher,  was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President George W. Bush in 2006.  His many books include "Modern Times," "Intellectuals," "A History of the American People," and "The Vanished Landscape" (memoir).  His latest is a biography of Winston Churchill titled "Churchill."
