About the Program
Colin Beavan presents a humorous documentation of an attempt by a New Yorker to have as small a carbon footprint as possible. He describes the year he and his family spent attempting to have no net impact on the environment. They attempted not to use electricity, store trash, use subways, elevators or cars. Mr. Beavan describes the experiment as educational in unexpected ways.
