A look at the life and career of an Arkansas Circuit Court judge who once opposed the ruling of Brown v. Board of Education and went on to champion civil rights. Judge Arnold has been called the best judge to never sit on the Supreme Court. The event was taped at the William J. Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas.
