Patrick Michaels
Mr. Michaels is a past president of the American Association of State Climatologists and is a contributing author and reviewer to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Mr. Michaels is also a research professor of environmental sciences at the University of Virginia and a visiting scientist with the Marshall Institute in Washington, DC.
